Dr. Bernard “Coach B” Caldwell

Dr. Bernard “Coach B” Caldwell is the CEO, Owner, and Educational Coach of College & Career Coaching, LLC. Dr. Coach B is a University of Dayton, Purdue University, and Union Institute & University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Dr. Coach B. brings a unique blend of experience from the pharmaceutical and non-profit industries and secondary and higher education. He serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business in Oxford, Ohio, and Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Athletic Recruiter at Miami University’s Regional Campus in Hamilton, Ohio. With 18+ years in education and 25+ years as an athletic coach, Dr. Coach B. is well-equipped to guide students in their academic and career journeys.

Dr. Coach B. is deeply passionate about mentoring, supporting, and succession planning for high school students. His ultimate goal is to help students navigate their' next step' after graduation, whether furthering their college education or launching their careers.
