Dr. Bernard “Coach B” Caldwell

Dr. Bernard “Coach B” Caldwell is the CEO, Owner, and Educational Coach of College & Career Coaching, LLC. Dr. Coach B is a University of Dayton, Purdue University, and Union Institute & University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy.

After 20 years in the Pharmaceutical and non-profit industries, Dr. Coach B moved into secondary and higher education. Dr. Coach B is the Director of College Advising at DePaul Cristo Rey High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Athletic Recruiter at Miami University Regionals in Hamilton, Ohio. Dr. Coach B has 16+ years of experience in secondary and higher education and 20+ years as an athletic coach.

For 16+ years, Dr. Coach B has been coaching and mentoring young people on achieving their next step post-high school graduation, working with several different school districts. In March 2022, Dr. Coach B finally took his skillset and experiences and started his own company.



While athletic coaching is what Dr. Coach B loves to do, his passion is mentoring, supporting, and succession planning for the 'next step' for high school students, either progressing to college or starting a career after graduation.
